1. Service Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AC repair, installation, and maintenance
services provided by Indore AC Repair Center 50.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Be bound by these Terms and Conditions
- Provide accurate information about your AC service requirements
- Allow our technicians safe access to your property
- Pay for services as agreed upon completion
2. Services Offered
Our AC Services Include:
- AC Installation: Split, Window, Cassette, and Commercial AC units
- AC Repair: Cooling issues, electrical problems, compressor repair
- AC Maintenance: Cleaning, servicing, gas filling, filter replacement
- Copper Pipe Fitting: New installation and replacement
- Emergency Services: 24/7 emergency AC repair
- AMC Services: Annual Maintenance Contracts

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

- Extra Copper Piping: ₹150-200 per foot beyond 3 meters
- High-Rise Installation: Additional ₹500-1500 for 4th floor and above
- Weekend/Holiday Service: 20% surcharge on weekends
- Emergency Service: ₹500-1000 additional charge
4. Warranty and Guarantees
Our Warranty Coverage:
- Installation Work: 1 year warranty on workmanship
- Copper Pipe Fitting: 2 years warranty against leakage
- Gas Filling: 6 months warranty (normal usage)
- Electrical Work: 1 year warranty on connections
- Spare Parts: As per manufacturer warranty (typically 6 months - 2 years)
Warranty Exclusions:
- Damage due to misuse or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from power fluctuations (without stabilizer)
- Modifications by unauthorized persons
- Acts of nature (lightning, floods, etc.)
5. Customer Responsibilities
Before Service:
- Access: Provide clear and safe access to AC units
- Power Supply: Ensure stable electrical connection is available
- Information: Provide accurate details about AC problems
- Preparation: Clear the working area of personal items
During Service:
- Supervision: Be present or designate an authorized person
- Safety: Keep children and pets away from work area
- Cooperation: Assist technicians as reasonably required
- Documentation: Review and sign service completion documents
After Service:
- Testing: Test the AC unit before technician leaves
- Payment: Make payment as agreed
- Feedback: Provide service feedback if requested
- Maintenance: Follow recommended maintenance schedules
6. Liability and Limitations
Our Liability Coverage:
- Property Damage: Covered up to ₹50,000 per incident
- Service Quality: Free rectification of service defects
- Technician Insurance: All technicians are insured
Liability Limitations:
- Maximum Liability: Limited to the cost of service provided
- Consequential Damages: Not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Pre-existing Conditions: Not responsible for existing AC problems not
disclosed
- Third-party Products: Manufacturer warranty applies to AC units and parts
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Service Cancellation:
- Before Technician Arrives: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before
appointment
- After Technician Arrives: ₹200 cancellation fee if technician travels to
location
- Work Started: Payment for work completed + materials used
Refund Policy:
- Service Defects: Full refund if service is not satisfactory
- Wrong Service: Full refund if we provide incorrect service
- Partial Service: Prorated refund for incomplete service
- Refund Timeline: 7-14 working days for processed refunds
8. Emergency Service Terms
24/7 Emergency Service Includes:
- AC completely not working
- Water leakage causing property damage
- Electrical issues posing safety risks
- Gas leakage from AC unit
Emergency Service Conditions:
- Response Time: 2-4 hours within Indore city limits
- Additional Charges: ₹500-1000 emergency fee
- Payment: Cash or UPI preferred for emergency calls
- Parts Availability: Common parts carried, others arranged next day
9. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Terms
AMC Package Details:
- Basic AMC: 2 services/year - ₹1,200-₹1,800
- Standard AMC: 4 services/year - ₹2,000-₹3,000
- Premium AMC: 6 services/year + priority support - ₹3,500-₹5,000
AMC Benefits:
- Priority service scheduling
- 20% discount on additional repairs
- Free gas top-up (up to 100g per service)
- Extended warranty on AMC work
- Emergency service at regular rates
AMC Terms:
- Contract Period: 12 months from signing date
- Payment: Full amount payable in advance
- Transferability: Non-transferable between addresses
- Renewal: 15% discount on renewals within 30 days
10. Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal information is protected under our Privacy
Policy. Key points:
- Information collected only for service delivery
- No sharing with third parties without consent
- Secure storage and handling of customer data
- Right to request data deletion
11. Dispute Resolution
Resolution Process:
- Direct Discussion: Contact our customer service team
- Supervisor Review: Escalation to service supervisor
- Management Review: Final review by management
- Legal Resolution: Court proceedings if necessary
